Futbol and football

Wow, it feels like I haven't updated this in forever, but I guess it's only been about a week. I've just been super busy lately at the Sun and really haven't had the time. Today was a day full of sports, as I had to shoot the UF women's soccer tournament in the afternoon and then Friday night football after that. So here are a few shots I thought were kinda neat. More Friday night lights

As you may already know, shooting friday night football is not anywhere close to my favorite assignment. However, it is a necessary part of working for a daily and I have found myself getting significantly better at anticipating the action and capturing the highlights. Here are a few shots from last night's game with the Buchholz High School Bobcats (a local Gainesville school) and the Columbia High School Tigers. Columbia beat Buchholz 55 to 14.
